Home watch is an inspection service for homes that sit empty while the owner is away. We check your home’s condition and safety every week and coordinate any work it needs. Unlike a property management company, we don’t handle rentals, tenants, or bookings. Homes & Living Collective is not a licensed real estate brokerage or property management company, and all vendor services are coordinated through trusted third-party professionals.
We visit your home every week. Weekly checks catch problems like leaks, AC failures, and humidity buildup early, which matters in Florida’s heat. We also make extra visits after major storms.
Each visit includes an exterior walk-around to check doors, windows, the roofline, landscaping, and the pool area, plus an interior check for leaks, mold, pests, and signs of entry. We confirm the AC is running and humidity is under control, run faucets and flush toilets, check the refrigerator and breaker panel, and bring in any packages or flyers.
After every visit, you get a short report with photos by text or email. If we find a problem, we contact you right away and, with your approval, bring in the right professional to fix it.
